- What is your lead time?
- Our standard turnaround time from place of order, to shipping is 7-10 business days. It could be longer or shorter based on the time of year, influx of orders, or holiday season. We try to keep a decent inventory of items, but sometimes life happens and we only have a few. Don't let the discourage you. If you need to place a large custom order, please contact us and we can get items ordered and shipped to us in about 7-10 business days. The order will begin once the items our in our hands.
- Can we use my artwork?
- Of course we can. We do prefer to use digital Vector files such as EPS, PDF, AI, or SVG files. If you are unsure what those are or what you have, we can work with a high quality/ resolution of your logo, picture, or design and have it converted to one of these files. Having to convert to the proper file will increase the production time. A proof can be requested at the time of order. If a proof in not requested your image, design, or logo will be printed/ engraved as is.
- Can you engrave on metal?
- We can mark some metal using a product that fuses to the metal. However we do not have a Fiber Laser which is needed to engrave into metal.
- Can you engrave using my favorite sports team logo?
- Unfortunately we can not do that. If its a local school there is a possibility we can. All we need to do is touch base for their permission. The NFL, NBA, Pac-10, Pac-12 and all other large sports affiliations, are all licensed products. We are not a large enough company yet for them to allow us to have their permission but hope to be there one day.
