Logo Digitizing (One-Time Fee)

All embroidery designs require digitizing, which is the process of converting your logo or artwork into a stitch file our embroidery machines can read.

• One-time digitizing fee: $45 per design
• This fee is charged once per design, not per item
• Your digitized file is saved and can be reused on future orders

If your logo has already been digitized by us in the past, you won’t be charged again for that same design.

Pricing & Custom Quotes

Because embroidery pricing depends on several factors — such as stitch count, garment type, placement, and quantity — we provide personalized quotes for each order.

Factors that affect pricing include:

• Number of items
• Design size & stitch count
• Placement (front, side, sleeve, back, etc.)
• Garment type (hat, jacket, hoodie, etc.)

How to Place an Embroidery Order

1. Contact us via email or our contact form
2. Send your logo or design (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, or high-resolution PNG/JPG preferred)
3. Tell us what items you want embroidered and how many
4. We’ll provide a custom quote and timeline
5. Once approved, we’ll invoice you and get your order into production

Turnaround Time

Turnaround times vary depending on order size and current production schedule. We’ll always give you an estimated completion time before your order is finalized.
