Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
At War Buffalo & Co., every hat and custom piece is made with care and attention to detail. Because of the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, all sales are final once your order has been placed. We do not offer returns, cancellations, or exchanges on custom, made-to-order, or personalized items.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 3 business days if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Email us at war.buffalo.co@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Please note:
- Normal variations in color, texture, or material due to the handmade nature of our products are not considered defects.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to be eligible for any return consideration related to damage or error.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items returned without prior authorization
Approved Returns & Refunds
If a return is approved due to damage or error, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
