Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

At War Buffalo & Co., every product is handcrafted with care. Because many of our items are custom-made or made-to-order, please note the following processing and shipping guidelines.

Processing & Fulfillment Times

  • Custom and Made-to-Order Items: Our current processing time is 10–14 business days before shipment.
    During busy seasons, sales, or when materials must be specially ordered, processing may take up to 21 business days.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: These typically ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been fulfilled, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and method chosen at checkout. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
War Buffalo & Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered.

Order Updates

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Pre-Orders & Special Orders

If your order includes pre-order or back-ordered items, please note that the entire order will ship once all items are ready unless otherwise arranged.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. War Buffalo & Co. is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
