What Is DTF Printing?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a process where your design is printed onto a special film and then heat-pressed onto fabric. DTF produces sharp detail and vibrant color, and it works well on cotton, polyester, and many blends.

Option 1: We Print & Press Your Garments

Want a finished product ready to sell, wear, or hand out? We can handle the full process—printing your design and pressing it onto your garments with professional heat press settings for a clean, durable result.

Best for:

• Teams, events, fundraisers, and staff uniforms
• Small batches or multiple designs
• Full-color designs, detailed logos, and gradients

What we’ll need from you:

• Your artwork file (PNG with transparent background preferred)
• Garment details (we can supply garments)
• Quantities and size breakdown
• Print location(s) (left chest, full front, back, sleeve, etc.)

Option 2: Order DTF Gang Sheets (Press Your Own)

If you already have a heat press, you can order DTF gang sheets from us and press them yourself. Gang sheets are a great way to fit multiple designs onto one sheet to maximize space and save money.

Best for:

• Small businesses and makers who press their own apparel
• Customers who want to stock up on transfers
• Bulk transfer orders with multiple designs
• Seasonal drops, markets, and quick turnaround needs

What we’ll need from you:

• Your gang sheet file (print-ready) or individual designs to build a sheet
• Sheet size requested (we’ll confirm available sizes when quoting)
• Quantity of sheets

Preferred file types:300dpi  PNG (transparent background), PDF, AI, SVG, EPS

If you’re sending individual designs for gang sheets, please provide high-resolution files and tell us your desired print sizes for each design.

DTF pricing depends on design size, quantity, sheet size (for gang sheets), print locations, and whether we are pressing the garments or providing transfers only.

1. Contact us with your print-ready gang sheet (or individual designs)

4. We print your transfers and prepare them for pickup or shipping
