Choose your hat and customization details, upload your artwork, and place your order. War Buffalo prepares the design and produces your custom gear around the options selected for your order.

Vector artwork such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF is preferred. High-resolution PNG or JPG artwork can also be reviewed. If you need a proof before production, request one with your order.

THIS LISTING IS ONLY FOR OUR RICHARDSON-STYLE HATS. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR DECKY, YUPOONG, OR FLEXFIT, ETC. THOSE ARE LISTED IN A SEPARATE LISTING.
All patches are laser engraved, and bonded to your hat. Not stitched or sewn. We custom-make each patch shape for your specific order cut from full hides of 100% genuine top grain leather. We can also special order other brands, styles, and colors. Just ask us! Please use our hat color chart in the photos to reference the drop-down menu. If you see a color on our chart but not the drop-down menu, it means we are currently out of stock. Make sure you are choosing the correct style/color/size from the dropdown before you checkout.
► HOW TO ORDER:
1. Select hat color from the drop-down.
2. Enter your patch information in the "Add your personalization" box or see #3 below. 3. Email your logo in standard file format. JPG, PNG, AI, EPS, SVG to war.buffalo.co [at] gmail.com with your order number in the subject line for reference.
4. If you would like a proof of your design before production please ask. Otherwise, if you send a logo we will make it "AS IS" to speed the production process up.
5. We are a small home business. Please hang with us while we work on your order as each one is handmade. If you need the hat(s) on a date before the estimated date shown please put that in your order notes. There may be unexpected shipping delays through USPS as that has been a common issue since Covid-19.
