Custom Leather Patch Hat for Infant and Youth

All patches are laser engraved, and bonded to your hat. Not stitched or sewn. We custom make each patch shape for your specific order cut from full hides of 100% genuine top grain leather. We can also special order other brands, styles, colors. Just ask us! Please use our hat color chart in the photos to reference the drop-down menu. If you see a color on our chart but not the drop-down menu, it means we are currently out of stock. Make sure you are choosing the correct style/color/size from the dropdown before you checkout.

HOW TO ORDER:

1. Select hat color from drop-down. All colors/styles are shown in a photo in our listing.

2. Enter your patch information in the "add your personalization" box or see #3 below.

3. Email your logo in standard file format. JPG, PNG, AI, EPS, SVG to war.buffalo.co [at] gmail.com with your order number in the subject line for reference.

4. If you would like a proof of your design before production please ask. Otherwise if you send a logo we will make it "AS IS" to speed the production process up.

5. We are a small home business. Please hang with us while we work on your order as each one is hand made. There may be unexpected shipping delays through USPS as that has been a common issue since Covid-19.

✓ Patches are bonded to all hats **not stitched on** We use an extremely strong leather bonding agent.

• SHIPPING TIMES: During the order process Etsy will show you the expected shipping/delivery window based on our current shipping settings. This is shown prior to placing an order. Our shipping times will vary throughout the year based on current workload, especially the holiday season. If you have any questions about when your order will ship after your order is placed you can find that in the order email shown next to "processing time" or you can check your order details in your Etsy account and it will show the dates there.

• REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: All sales are final since they are handmade. However, if there is an error or defect on your order, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection. If you have any questions or concerns about anything at all, please let us know. We are happy to assist you.

• ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way.

• HOW WE MAKE THE PATCHES: All of our hats are engraved, etched, and cut with our laser machine to achieve the best quality for your hat.

• HAT STOCK/COLORS: CONSTANTLY CHANGING RIGHT NOW WITH FACILITY PRODUCTION DELAYS STILL ONGOING FROM COVID-19 AND SHIPPING DELAYS AND BACK ORDERS. ALL COLORS ARE CURRENT BUT WE MAY RUN INTO STOCK ISSUES DEPENDING ON SIZE OF ORDER. WE WILL MESSAGE YOU IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS.

•LEATHER INFO: Since these are laser engraved that involves charring/burning of the leather. To avoid smudging we advise to please avoid rubbing the engraved artwork. The char will settle in but when you first open your box just take in the beauty, throw it on your head, take a selfie, and tag us on Instagram @war.buffalo.co

We use only the best leather from companies based in the USA. The rust colored leather has a 3-4 oz. thickness. If you order multiple hats you may notice that each patch while looking the same has it's own uniqueness. We always use the same color from the same tannery but some patches may have slightly different color variations (lightness or darkness). Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way. We will occasionally have other colors of leather in limited quantities. If you prefer another color to our normal rust leather color, please reach out and we can discuss your options. While leather can get wet, please avoid washing even with a proper hat cage for your washing machine.
